I really think L would most likely look like this. He’s just a quarter Japanese and THREE QUARTERS EUROPEAN after all.

Eye painting practice done after the warm-up
I used my own eye as a reference :)
This was fun, especially with the limits I put on myself. I only used a 5 color palette (1 off-white, 1 cream, tan/base color, dark brown, reddish black, and technically a burnt orange 6th color to lighten up some areas), and the “water” tool in Sai.
